A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Delta County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

Delta County Criminal History does not compile, keep, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to the Delta County courts, the Sheriff’s Office, the county’s official directory, Michigan State Police, and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal-history file, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the selected provider’s privacy policy. Each provider decides how long it keeps data and when it shares information. Review those terms before entering a query.

Links may lead to Delta County offices, Michigan agency pages, courts, legal-aid resources, or commercial search providers. Once a visitor follows an external link, that service’s privacy rules apply. Review them before providing personal data.
